I stayed in a cozy room on the top floor under a sloping roof at the back with super comfortable beds, which I really appreciated as a replacement. The hotel offers great service with extremely helpful staff who even walked me out to guide me to the Tram Stop. The location is perfect, away from the hustle of the packed tourist area but still within a short walking distance to everything in beautiful Prague. The dining options were varied, though they could have a better wider quality & choice. Overall, it was a delightful stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was huge with a view of the Charles Bridge, superb in size and view, and even had a water kettle. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mohammed who upgraded my room to a perfect one with a great view. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Prague. The dining experience was fine with a wide variety of choices, although could have had more warm options for vegetarians.
